Rules To Followed By Visitors
- Patient visits should be made during the visit hours.
- Patient visits in closed psychiatry clinics are subject to the consent of the patient's doctor.
- First-degree relatives of patients are allowed to visit during visitor hours in A-1, E-1, K-1 Wards, written consent of the patient's doctor is required for other people to meet. First-degree relatives and two non-dependent relatives determined at AMATEM clinic are accepted for patient visit.
- It is obligatory to show an identity card during the patient visits and to register the identity information of the visitors in the relevant book.
- Persons under the age of 12 should not be brought to visit when patient visits may have a negative impact on the child's health.
- Food and beverages are not allowed with intent to control the nutrition of the patients and ensure the hygiene of the patients.
- Books, etc. that can be brought to patients are checked at the entrance door.
- Flowers are not accepted in clinics due to the risk of infection.
- Drill-cutting and flammable substances and drugs that may cause harm to the patient and his / her environment should not be given to the patient during the visits and delivered to the personnel in charge.
- In order to prevent the loss of patient belongings and not to interfere with other patient belongings, ensure that the laundry you bring is changed under the supervision of the personnel and the dirty ones should be taken at the same time.
- During visits, other patients should not be disturbed, unnecessary and curious questions should not be asked, patient privacy should be respected.
- Assistance should not be requested from persons who are not recognized, except hospital staff.
- Compliance with the principles of patient visit is controlled by service staff and hospital entrance control services officer. The warnings and suggestions of the officials should be observed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in accordance with the law no. 4207 except in all indoor areas and designated areas in the garden. A fine shall be imposed on smokers in accordance with the relevant law.
- At the end of the visit hours, you should go to the exit doors without waiting for the warnings of the officers.
